Rainmaker Vineyard is not far from Uppercase Vineyard on the sun-soaked Black Sage Bench, which benefits from long, warm summer days to produce ripe, opulent wines that are lifted by the aromatics of the desert shrubs that line the hillsides.
2019: A cooler growing season that produced balanced, elegant wines with fresh, ripe fruit and vibrant acidity.
Winemaking
Lush fruit from the Black Sage Bench in combination with prolonged barrel aging makes this wine ready to drink upon release, with plush, silky tannins and expressive fruit.
